When I first started working with Kate Milliken of MyCounterpane, I watched the above video and was left shocked and in awe of what I had just witnessed. I was left speechless by Kate’s morning supplement regimen, and later, by the “miracle” MRI that showed that Kate had essentially “erased” a lesion on her spinal cord.
I was interested, not only because I too, wanted to “erase” any lesions that had made their way into my body and brain, but because every neurologist I had seen had left out one critical piece of advice that seemed to have had a dramatic effect on Kate’s MS. Now that I think about it, every neurologist I saw told me the only vitamin I should be taking was Vitamin D.
When I’d ask about other supplements I had researched, I heard the same standard recycled answer: “there is no clinical evidence that proves what you’re doing works.”
Luckily, Kate didn’t take that answer as the end-all, be-all of her health journey. The truth about her is, Kate will never give up on herself, or you! That is why I am so excited to announce our next webcast, Empowered By…MS & Supplements with Kate, her physician Dr. Kessler, and MS’er Merritt Robinson, who has also added supplements to her wellness regimen.
Are visits to New York City-based physician Dr. Kessler just not foreseeable in your financial future? Worry not. Submit your questions below about MS and supplements and Dr. Kessler will try to answer all of your questions on Tuesday, September 13, at 12:30 PM as we host our next webcast, Empowered By…MS and Supplements. If you’d like to register for this webinar, please click here (webinar no longer available). You can submit your question for the webcast by using our question collector below.
Kate, that was very informative. I will watch over till I get all those written down. Thanks for posting!
